Shipping

Everything we sell is printed and posted in England. Some pieces we keep in stock and post straight away; others are made when you order, which adds a few working days before your parcel is on its way.

Typical timing: in-stock items are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days; made-to-order items within 2 to 5 working days.

UK delivery: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch, by tracked post. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels, because different items come from different places.

Delivery is £4.99, free on orders over £50. Charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you would like something sent elsewhere, email info@fellandbeck.co.uk and we will see what we can do.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the dispatch email, contact us at info@fellandbeck.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it or replace it.
