Returns and refunds

 

We want you to be happy with what you have bought. This policy sets out your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and how returns work with us.

 

Changing your mind

 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back. To cancel, email info@fellandbeck.co.uk with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We will refund the price of the item and our standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back, to the payment method you used. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.

 

Personalised items

 

Items made to your specification, including personalised prints, names, dates, registration numbers and route prints, are made to order for you and are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. Please check personalisation details carefully before ordering. If we have made a mistake with your personalisation, we will put it right at no cost.

 

Faulty or damaged items

 

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days at info@fellandbeck.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or give you a full refund, including delivery, and we will cover the cost of any return.

 

How refunds are paid

 

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the money to show, depending on your bank or card provider.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
